Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. Merchandise must be
received in "brand-new", sellable condition in original packaging. Merchandise that has been
worn/washed will not be refunded or exchanged. Merchandise must be returned with all
documentation in the original container. No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom or
discontinued products. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
For all returns and exchanges, send an e-mail to: martialarts@torres-international.com.
Include your email, order number, name, phone number, and what you would like to exchange
or return. Our customer service department will contact you as soon as possible to assist you
with the appropriate method for filling your needs. At that time we will assign you a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 14 days. Torres
International, will not accept packages for return or exchange without the appropriate RMA
number clearly marked on the shipping label.
A store credit will be issued for balances left after the exchange. Refunds must be made within
14 days from the delivery date, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping and handling fees
are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice and refunds will be based on
the amount paid at time of purchase.
Shipping
Shipping charges are not included in the price of the equipment/uniforms. We ship our
products via the U.S. Postal Service and/or UPS. Please take holidays and weekends into
consideration s in determining shipping times.
Out of Stock items
We do our best to only offer items that are currently in stock, however, occasionally we may
have items sold out before we can update the listing. If an order is placed on an out of stock
item, we will do our best to fill your order through another source, or find a comparable
substitute. This can take some extra time and you will be notified if we cannot take care of it
within our normal processing time, or if the item is no longer available.
Taxes and Currency
Sales tax (7.75%) will be added for California residents. All prices on this website are in US
Dollars. Please allow 2 weeks to process your order when paying by check. Payment must be
received before orders will be shipped out.
